Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized candles, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@waxeewitch.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
